It’s time for another construction update! Construction has been underway for about 5 months now! Here’s a look at the work that was recently completed: -Kint Beverage Concepts installed our bar frame.... -Down East took final measurements of our bar tops. -Gable & Son Construction Roofing installed our gutters. -Kampel Enterprises Inc./Myers Sheetmetal fabricated several metal pieces for the brewpub. -H.B. McClure installed our rooftop units, and continued work on our HVAC ductwork. They also started installing our Kitchen hoods. -DeRock Electric continued their work on all electric, including hooking up our fireplaces, rooftop units and light fixtures. -Osage delivered our boiler and glycol chiller. -A. C. Rimmer hooked up the gas and water lines. -Triangle Refrigeration installed our Cold Room and rooftop condenser. -Weidner Construction installed the interior metal paneling. -Service Pro installed interior insulation. -Today's Home & Leisure roughed in data and A/V. -Roberts Oxygen ran our CO2 lines. -W.Craig Adams, Inc. laid the asphalt for our service alley. -J.Richard Burkholder Concrete poured our dumpster pad, CO2 pad, stoops and sidewalk. -United Plate Glass installed our windows. -East Side Film Co installed our Wolf logo on our front window. -York Roofing & Exterior started working on our exterior metal paneling. -Zook Interiors finished installing drywall and started working on our acoustic ceilings. -Billers Masonry continued work on our exterior EIFS, and began working on the stone and brick finishes. -Perry County Exteriors installed our exterior siding. -AES Hearth & Patio installed two fireplaces - one in our Entry Lounge/Atrium and one in our Private Lounge. -Baker Epoxy Coatings started working on our floors. -Anderson Pro Painting primed and painted the ceilings and walls. -Alpha Brewing Operations finished production of our brewhouse, fermenters and brite tanks (shipping soon). -Foeder Crafters of America finished production of our foeders (shipping soon). Here’s what was accomplished since our previous post: -Sheaffer Signs installed our Coming Soon sign along Market Street.... -Wolf Rock Builders finished framing the exterior and interior walls. -Gable & Son Construction Roofing & Crane Service installed our EPDM roofing. -Kampel Enterprises Inc./Myers Sheetmetal installed the frame for our exterior metal sign. They also started working on some incredible metal pieces that will be installed around the brewpub. -Susquehanna Sprinkler installed our sprinkler system. -HB McClure Co. started installing our HVAC ductwork. -DeRock Electric Company, LLC installed all electrical wiring. -A. C. Rimmer installed all plumbing stubs (drains/vents/cleanouts). -Service Pro installed insulation. -Today's Home & Leisure Products, Inc roughed in data and A/V. -Zook Interiors LLC started installing drywall and ceiling mounts. -Billers started installing our exterior EIFS. -AES Hearth & Patio installed the fireplace in our private lounge. -Baker Epoxy Coatings started working on our floors. -Alpha Brewing Operations started production on our brewhouse, fermenters and brite tanks. -Foeder Crafters of America started production on our foeders. A big thanks to the teams mentioned above for your hard work and dedication to our project. Construction Update - End of Month 2 We finished our second month of construction and the brewpub is really starting to take shape! Over the past month the following items were completed...... -Kampel Enterprises Inc./Myers Sheet Metal designed and fabricated our exterior metal sign. -W.Craig Adams, Inc. installed and pressurized our main water line, along with excavating/installing our storm water system. -The main electrical trench was excavated, with conduit installed by DeRock Electric Company, LLC. -Over 60 plumbing stubs (drains/vents/cleanouts) were installed by A. C. Rimmer. -The interior slab was prepped and poured by J.Richard Burkholder Concrete. -Exterior wall framing was installed and is nearing completion, along with the installation of exterior sheathing by Wolf Rock Builders. -Metal exterior door frames were provided by Capital Doors and installed by Weidner Construction. We are very excited that construction is just over one-third complete! A big thanks to Steve Davis, Dan Ploch and the entire team at Weidner Construction Services for all of their hard work on our project!

We had a blast visiting Kampel Enterprises Inc./Myers Sheet Metal - watching our metal exterior sign cut by laser. A huge thanks to Dustin Kampel for all his hard work, time and attention to this project!! In addition to our exterior sign, Kampel Enterprises/Myers Sheet Metal will be fabricating several stunning metal pieces that will be displayed throughout our brewpub - and the stainless steel metal coasters included in our Original Wolfpack Memberships. We are so excited to see the finished product! Kampel Enterprises graciously donated the time and materials for these projects, and their generosity truly amazes us! The Kampels are our lifelong friends, who we consider family. The entire Kampel family has supported this wild dream of ours from the very beginning, and we are forever grateful for their love, friendship and support!
