Installed brand new dimensional shingles

Ripped up roof, replaced with brand new joists and rebuilt with plywood in the middle section of the roof. Installed a brand new white granules modified asphalt torched down rubber roof (maintenance free material)

Installed vinyl siding and white flashing for the trim
