This customer had roof damage right above kitchen. Wrightway crew was called in and handled the water damage that was left behind. Ceiling, walls, and one cabinet was affected which you will be able to see as the team takes moisture readings before any work is done . You’ll see containment set in kitchen so as we are doing demo, we don’t affect the rest of the house with dirt, dust, etc. This ceiling was heavily glued, and screwed into beams, above was excessive amounts of bl...own insulation; very big clean up. After affected drywall and installation was removed we treated with a disinfectant to prevent any mold from growing, and then set drying equipment to dry structure out before any drywall can be placed back . Drying equipment is very important in this process before having any repairs done; if structures are not dried properly, having repairs can act as a moisture barrier and trap any moisture left behind which could cause mold growth to occur . This customer had a damaged flex line, which leaked throughout their finished basement. You’ll be able to see before during and after photos , showing moisture levels, and staining on flooring and walls from the water . You’ll also see equipment set to bring moisture levels down to the correct level the structure is supposed to be at.

This is after layers of ceiling and walls were removed that had water damage. Plastic was removed, areas were treated and cleaned to prevent mold growth, and drying equipment was set for 3 days to ensure all moisture was removed from structure .

Customer had a leak from second floor bathroom, but could not access pipe without removing ceiling . Crew moved all content in affected area to not further damage personal belongings, then set containment in affected area to keep all debris and dust from moving throughout home
