To all of our loyal clients and friends : We thank you for your patience during this difficult time as we all try and navigate this new normal as they say. We wanted to make you aware of some of the new procedures we will be having to implement at the salon. ... We will be operating on clients with Appointments only ! No walk ins will be allowed for the time being. We will be offering temperature checks, as well as making sure each client has a mask before entering salon. We also ask that you arrive promptly to your appointment so that we are able to give each and everyone of you our attention and service that we all have missed ! Please call salon or text your stylist when you arrive to let us know you are there. We also cannot have more then a 50 % capacity in the salon at this time so we ask that you do not bring anyone that does NOT have an appointment to the salon, this includes family members without an appointment. We will be strictly enforcing a 24 hour cancellation policy, which will charge a fee of the full price for the service that was cancelled without proper notice before a new appointment can be made. Our time is valuable and we want to make it fair to everyone. Due to the unforeseen circumstances of Covid 19 our prices have increased. We look forward to seeing all of you and being back to doing what we love ! Kerrins Salon Staff
