Moments to Remember

Good evening! While we are still taking appointments at this time, the shop is under construction as we complete inventory, sort linens and drapes for the season ahead, purge outdated items and prepare for some changes. If you would still like to set up an appointment in February, you are welcome to do so! Just send a message, text or give us a call so we can figure out a time that works best! Hello 2020 brides! I could use your help as we get ready to hold appointments with 2021 brides! Could you show me how you personalized your pieces from the shop for your weddings this past season!? I would love to begin to build a portfolio wall by printing out your pictures!... If you could email them to me with permission to print them out I would be grateful! If you need to give credit to your photographer (or other vendors) in them, I will be sure to do so! Everyone who submits their photos will be entered to win prizes! Here are a few updates for the 2021 season: As most businesses in the industry, we will be following suit and setting forth a price increase on our products and services across the board for 2021. We remained very reasonably priced as we rose to meet the challenges for the 2020 season and aim to be particularly sensitive to meet the needs of the clients in our area. Despite this increase, we believe we will be able to meet those same goals for 2021. To secure your rentals fo...r your date the following will be required: -A credit card to place the initial [non-refundable] deposit. This information will be retained on file in a secure, locked location until the completion of your event and the full, undamaged return of your rentals for incidental purposes, like all other rental companies. -A signed and initialed rental agreement, signaling that you understand all the terms of the agreement. -These requirements are now in place to ensure a satisfactory experience for all customers and we thank you for your understanding! We continue to be open by appointment at this time. We are very sad to announce that we will indefinitely be postponing the 2021 bridal show at this point. We unfortunately do not see how we can responsibly host this event at this time. If we are able to creatively and safely hold an event this spring, we will make an announcement! Moments to Remember is still open by appointment only at this time to discuss options available to you for your 2021 events as you navigate how to adhere to local guidelines. We had two tiny private New Year's Eve ceremonies. Our birch arbor got a much needed makeover (thanks to a little help from Kathryn Kloss at Graham's Florist!) and I got to fulfill a lifelong dream of a true winter wedding for a dear friend. Many thanks to all the volunteers and friends who have helped me make repairs, enhancements, and add new pieces to the shop this year, and to those who have helped steam countless linens, load and unload pieces and clean rentals. I cou...ld not have made it through 2020 without you. Even though our weddings were scaled back events, it was a season that kept me on my toes for sure. Good morning! On Sunday, December 6th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Moments to Remember and the Woodside Tavern will be teaming up to co-host a bridal swap-meet style event. If you have items from a past wedding you are looking to pass along & sell to future brides, we would love to have you come out for the day! We will have tables available for you to set up your items so that future brides for this upcoming season can do a walk through and look at your items and purchase the...m for their upcoming weddings. Good morning! So many brides and their mothers, or maids honor, etc., from this past season have reached out to me about a variety of fantastic items that they have left from their events, asking if I would like to add them to my shop for future events. While I would love to be in the position to purchase all of them and add them to my inventory at this time, I am still recovering from trying to start my new business during a pandemic.... HOWEVER! I would love to assist both brides from this last season and brides for this upcoming season by hosting a swap meet/flea market type of event. Good morning, Bradford & Beyond! Several Announcements! 1. These next few weeks will be even busier than August & September combined. The shop will be open by appointment only as this one woman show accommodates all the deliveries and pick-ups throughout the last few weeks of the season. I ask that you wait patiently for me to complete the 2020 weddings and then I can focus again on the upcoming 2021 season!
