For many outdoor living and furniture retailers, it can be difficult to showcase every product and their variations properly on their website. Poly Outdoor Furniture was no exception. It was our goal to properly feature the most popular categories, direct users to visit Poly Outdoor Furniture’s retail location, and download their updated catalogs. Their new, updated website highlights the wide variety of products and manufacturers so potential buyers can find exactly what they are looking for. Up next for our Meet the Team series is our very own lead web developer - Kevin! Kevin started with YDOP in 2018 after graduating from Millersville University majoring in Computer Science. In addition to his love for coding new websites, Kevin also loves music and is the guitarist in Your Best Idea. He is inspired by his wife, Val, who constantly pushes and encourages him (while also putting up with his loud guitars). We can’t imagine our team without our Silantra-loving, Kevin. Our next team member featured in our Meet the Team series is Brandon! Brandon has been a part of the YDOP team for five years and is currently the Director of Digital Strategy. He is inspired by any small business owner that takes the leap of faith to start their own thing and the determination that it takes. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing disc golf, and woodworking. It's always fun to celebrate the launch of an award-winning website. We had the honor of working with Graybill Machine to rebuild their website this year. Not only did it make us hungry while working on it, but it was also a pleasure to work with the employees at Graybill Machines. Before, Graybill’s website didn’t accurately showcase the innovative work they do within the industry. With an updated, attention-grabbing site, Graybill won a dotComm Platinum Award for Manufacturing Websites and we couldn’t be more thrilled! Congrats Michael for being September’s MOPPA winner! Michael has worked so hard over this past year to improve his skills while also learning many new ones. It’s time to introduce our next employee in our Meet the Team Series - Hannah! Hannah is an Account Manager and SEO Strategist at YDOP and has been a part of the team for over five years. In addition to visiting the library way too many times in one week, Hannah enjoys drinking tea, digital art, and watching her favorite movie, Nacho Libre. She graduated from Lancaster Bible College where she attended a study abroad program in Italy for four months. The person that inspires Hannah the most is her mom who serves others and looks for ways to make a difference. Thanks, Hannah, for all that you bring to the team!

Happy Labor Day!

We are excited to announce that Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary’s brand new website is up and running! The main focus of this project was to provide the hardworking students at Faith Baptist a clear and organized website where they can access their proper resources. One unique aspect of this project was the strategic coding that allows Faith Baptist to create new, unique pages based on their college’s diverse content. This month Tina won her very first M.O.P.P.A award With a contagious smile, Tina overflows with positivity here at YDOP while always being ready to jump in with any project to help out her teammates. As a hardworking Web developer, Tina uses her skills to tackle many various complex projects while still being able to teach them to various clients. She represents all aspects of M.O.P.P.A and we can’t imagine our team without her! Congratulations, Tina!

Up next for our 'Meet the Team' series - Director of Creative & UX, Mike Deraco! Mike oversees all digital design here at YDOP in addition to making sure everyone is up to date with any news about the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The person who inspires Mike the most is his wife, Aimee, who helps him become a better person each and every day. With an impressive collection of Marvel Legos (over 17,000 individual pieces), a hobby for designing t-shirts, and a creative mindset, Mike adds so much to YDOP and we couldn't imagine our team without him! Feels like Christmas in August! Today we found out we also received the award for Best Marketing/Advertising agency in Central PA! Our focus has always been to provide the best service to our clients and be their ideal marketing partner. We are so grateful to everyone who voted for us!

Congratulations are in order for this super dad, web developer, and MOPPA winner! Tim works incredibly hard to tackle complex website builds and is currently working on a big project that will help our team work more efficiently.
