Two years ago our students came together in solidarity with members of the Pittsburgh Jewish community to mourn the loss of the 11 community members that were taken in the Tree of Life Shooting. Today we remember the 11 Kedoshim. May their memories be a blessing. May their memory be a blessing.

This week, we mourn the passing of Rabbi Ephraim Rosenblum , Yeshiva educator and former principal of the Boys School. A pillar of both the Yeshiva Schools and Pittsburgh Chabad community for over 50 years, Rabbi Rosenblum left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. His students remember him as a kind, loving, and respectful rebbe who made sure they always felt that they were important. Remarked a former student, Rabbi Rosenblum’s Navi classes made Navi come al...ive. He was invested in every student, even knowing all of their birthdays and bar mitzvah parshas. He was a talmud chochum; every minute was spent doing the right thing. Rabbi Rosenblum's ability to treat everyone he encountered with respect and dignity should be an example to us all.
