Truss Lift is a condition that occurs due to thermal and pressure (snow/wind) loading on roof trusses. The bottom chord is typically insulated and thus remains warm, while the other truss components experience colder outside temperatures. This can cause cracks in the drywall at the tops of interior walls of a home's uppermost level. While this presents a cosmetic concern, it does not represent a structural deficiency.
