Tonight was so beautiful! We had adults street dance 101 (4:45pm Tue&Fri) taught by the energetic @doctormoose247 . Then right after we stretched out and limbered up in Vinyasa Yoga (6:30pm Fridays) taught by the beautiful @anandayogadevi. . It was a wonderful balance and such an inspiring atmosphere! Unfortunately, Yoga Movement Sanctuary is now closed. However, please welcome Your Movement Sanctuary to the neighborhood! I (Jessica) was inspired through my time at YMS and couldn't let it go away completely. John and I have come together as new owners for the new YMS. We look forward to so many wonderful new experiences we will be able to bring to the neighborhood.... New and old classes will be opening August 3rd. So keep a look out for pre-registration.
