Power Flow with Danielle: You’ll sweat. You’ll explore the boundaries of your body. You’ll feel the pumping music (and likely want to dance!). You’ll leave feeling empowered. Step into your potential Thursdays at 6-7pm. Followed by Slow Flow at Island Park 7:30-8:30pm with Laura. (Also, this photo )

If you need to amp up your mental practice, try having a toddler roll meditation balls between your legs during sun salutations. This is for everyone trying to do what they love from home. Enjoy a good laugh with Brenda! https://youtu.be/PHU2rf0_WSA

Pop your favorite bottle of kombucha, light up some sage and douse yourself with lavender oil - we're back! Cheers to beginning the new year on our mats together! (Still masked and limited capacity, but together nonetheless!)

I dreamt about this moment. I visioned it for years. So many lessons learned along the way. Sharing this practice with Klive and Freya brings me so much joy. And now let’s vision for 2021! Just as Klive does here, turn on your light to see clearly. What are your visions for the new year? How can we show up for you in 2021?

Does anyone else find it harder to carve out time to get on your mat at home? After all the babies are asleep tonight, I’m committing to press play on this video. Who else needs this? Keep showing up for yourself, even at home. Do it with me and let me know how it goes!

Let’s share the love today! Place your hand over your heart (Anahata Chakra). Feel alive. Repeat: I matter. I am loved. I bring to this world things no one else can. Repeat it until you feel it in every cell of your body. And then go tell everyone you love how much you love them (More info coming related to new PA guidelines and studio, weekend classes will be cancelled - stay tuned!)

Cheers to 2021! After riding the waves of the last year, my 1-word intention for 2021 is WONDER. I wonder if I can see, hear, touch, feel things this year like never before. I wonder if I can explore possibilities beyond my own limitations. I wonder if I can discover hidden gifts buried deep within me. I wonder if I can dance more often, smell flowers longer, sip coffee slower, hold my babies tighter, laugh with friends harder, love bigger. I wonder if I can navigate life with a deeper sense of awe. Wonder feels spacious and curious. Wonder feels colorful and light. I’m intrigued and ready for the new year! (And I made sure to add a visual of many yogis practicing close together, in case I unintentionally manifested socially distanced yoga *see 2020 vision board )

When I think about this yoga community, it’s easy to be thankful. This year has me feeling thankful for those who have joined us in a virtual world, in a studio, in a field, in a park, in a yard and all the ways we’ve connected this year. Feeling thankful for the team of teachers that continue to breath life into this practice and sharing it with others. Happy Thanksgiving to you!

New Year’s Eve is my favorite celebration... deep reflection of the past, honoring the present and visioning for the future! Every year I look forward to creating a vision board and choosing a 1-word intention for the year ahead. Taking a deep exhale from the highs and lows of 2020, I found myself looking at my last years vision board with a new set of eyes having already experienced it. My intention word was Moxie and little did I know then how much courage and determinatio...n I would need throughout the year (phew!). If you look closely at my board you’ll see an underlying theme of fire . Fire can be destructive, but also create light. The yoga picture is outside and even looks socially distanced. The lovely table setting has nobody sitting at it. The sunflower represents resilience. (Did I know what was coming?) I also noticed the yogi is standing in goddess pose and Freya’s name means Goddess of Love. And you’ll see the hands together which was in anticipation for Yoga Teacher Training and we happened to do a photo nearly identical on their graduation. The power of living with intention. Wow, what a year! See more

One of our greatest freedoms is how we react to things. We don’t always get to choose our circumstances, but we always get to choose how we respond. We’ve chosen to honor the PA guidelines regarding COVID and pause in-person classes at the studio for now. We’re happy to offer you a few virtual classes to continue your practice live and connected! Register on MINDBODY and receive the link 30min prior to class time. We would be grateful to have you continue practicing with us during this time. Feel free to check out the Yoga-B-Yoga YouTube Channel too

Beginning this evening, in an effort to keep our community safe & healthy and keep the studio open, we will be following the recommendation that a mask be worn at all times while in the studio. This will include while we are practicing. We realize this is not ideal and hopefully only temporary. As always, if you’re not feeling well, please stay home and take care of yourself. Thank you for continuing to understand as we adjust to the world around us. Be well

New life. Holding the seat of the teacher. Gentle. Content. Pure. Forever curious to learn and transform. May we be on the journey to be who we were meant to be.
