Join us on the mat to rock your asana! This will be a 1 hour vinyasa class geared toward all levels of practice. You will need your mat, a block and a strap/tie.... Water bottle and a hand towel is also suggested. THE EVENT WILL BE ONLINE VIA YOGA FOR LIFE'S FACEBOOK PAGE (FACEBOOK LIVE).
