This dynamic program, facilitated by STUDIO B Founder Brittany Holtz, will be delivered to you online until the stay-at-home orders are lifted and will run May-August. ... Yoga teacher training is for anyone interested in being up to bigger things. You will learn how to lead a yoga class, of course, but you will also learn how to become a leader in a much bigger sense. You'll learn anatomy & alignment, the history & philosophy of yoga, how to deepen your connection with yourself and the people around you. Online classes start tonight at 6pm and will be offered multiple times a day, 7 days a week Here is how it works: View class offerings on the "Online Classes" tab of Karmasoft (linked below) Sign up and pay for class as you normally would using your class passes and memberships... Download the "Zoom" video conferencing app on your preferred device (you don't need an account, just the app) 5 minutes before class begins, you will receive a link and a password to join the class To cut down on noise, your audio will be muted upon entering the online class, but video is optional. It is helpful for instructors to be able to see your practice, but you can choose to opt out of video if you'd like.
