Lessons we learn.... We put this home on the market before the tenants moved out. After 4 days, we had maybe a half dozen showings scheduled and zero interest. After some interesting feedback we decided to pull it off the market for about 2 weeks so the tenants could move and the place could be cleaned out/up. After putting it back on the market we had over 30 showings scheduled by day 5 and 3 offers. Sweet, that's more like it!

Another one bites the dust. This condo was listed in March, though we needed a June settlement. We had 12 offers after 3 days. Buyers were offering the seller a free stay from settlement through June, no inspections, no appraisal contingencies, and all were over list price. At 165K, this is the highest sale price in the community. If you have a condo in Northeastern School District, then the value may have bumped up today with this closing! Another happy client. Thank you for trusting me with such a big life decision!

We closed on the house for Sparrow Place today!! I want to give a shout out to Stock and Leader for the closing and to Emily Mink with Traditions Bank for their help and support. Sparrow Place now has a "nest." A place of refuge, safety, and healing. As we make preparations for the home, we invite the community to partner with us in making this house a home. We will need support from the community as we support the healing process for women. I encourage you to follow Sparrow Place of York Facebook page to watch for opportunities to help and just do what you can. Any level of support is greatly appreciated!

My new listing had a bit of an obstacle.... a tenant that didn't understand what it meant to be a tenant. Fortunately, they didn't take their time in moving out!
