RUN LESS!!! I believe may runners training for a marathon are running too many miles. The erg is one of the best options for cross training!! Intervals on this will give you a heck of a workout! Great option for marathoners and triathletes! RUN LESS- Mix up your routine! Your body will thank you and your race times will improve!
