Good morning to all of our patients. This is just a reminder to anyone who hasn't done the patient satisfaction survey that it will close on March 29th. The annual Medicare Open Enrollment period for 2019 has started (on October 15) and continues until December 7. (I'm not sure the correct dates were mentioned last Wedneday.) The Butler County Area Agency on Aging sponsors a free health insurance counseling program called APPRISE. It is designed to help older Pennsylvanians with Medicare. Counselors are specially trained staff and volunteers who can answer questions one-on-one about Medicare and provide objective, easy-to-understand information regarding Medicare health insurance.
