Cathy Schweinegruber, of Belle Fleur Gardens, taught about amaryllis and paperwhite bulbs this morning at the Buhl House. Participants learned the difference in size and productivity of bulbs and how to grow them inside to provide beauty and color in the midst of the cold months ahead! Miracle on Main Street is tomorrow evening! And while many of the events are cancelled or will be significantly different from last year or years prior... please know the SPIRIT of the event is still very much there! It is Zelie’s biggest charity event of the year. We are still collecting coats, food, toys, or monetary donations for those in need. The collections go straight back to our local community. And perhaps more than ever... our community needs us to step up. P...lease consider donating. And if you have a donation but are unable or don’t feel comfortable coming to town, let me know and I can help make arrangements to pick up your donation. Cinderella visits Eva Bryn Shoetique each year looking for her glass slipper and to visit with children. This year, Cinderella will be waving to all from our front window. And Santa will make an appearance in town. All will be slightly different this year but please don’t forgot that the true spirit of the night is about Charity. We need coats for those of all ages, food donations, and toy donations! Donna Ziegler of Roach and Ziegler makes this event so magical EVERY year for our town and we don’t want to let her down or those in need down. See more
