Zero Debt For Me

Simple thought today. Debt is DUMB!! All of it! When you have no debt, you have control of a huge amount of your money! You don't have as many worries. Where are you priorities? Who are you trying to impress? The only person you should be impressing is yourself.

Listening to a radio advertisement last night, a car sales company stated they could get anyone that made $350 a week into a $25,000 car. Really? $350 a week x 52 weeks = $18,200! That is the annual gross pay amount. Minus taxes and living expenses, how is this individual going to pay for a $25,000 car? Oh, I get it...bet it is a 72-month loan! Wait a sec, that can't be because $25,000 / 72 = $347.22 (and that doesn't even include the interest tacked on and you know there is interest!! ) So, where are we going with this? This is a BAD DEAL...REAL BAD DEAL! I can't believe people would actually sell someone a car in this predicament! There is no integrity in this deal!

When you have debt of any kind, you are actually a serf to the lender. Definition of serf is a slave. A slave to the lender. Why do you think "Mastercard" is called "Master-card"? When you are in debt, you are in bondage. Plain and simple.

How bad do you want to achieve your goals? What drive do you have to get you there? Do what you are doing but increase it massively if you aren't hitting your goals. If you are behind paying your bills, your "will" to do anything it takes to get back to speed should be unbreakable! It should be intense, like an extreme drive. If you tell yourself you cannot increase your output each day and you are two car payments behind; well, that is just a great way to get back on your feet. Literally! You want that car to be paid up-to-date or better yet, paid in full. Don't listen to nay-sayers!! Get with the positive group and get yourself aligned. You will thanking yourself for it!

All it takes to start tackling an issue such an debt is to take ACTION. It all depends on how bad you want that result. If you are a "dreamer", not a "doer", then action is not something that is normal. Be a "DOER" and get out there and achieve your dreams. Don't just dream it, do it! Changing behaviors is the key!
