This weekend, I couldn’t believe it when I poked my head outside and saw a non-stop line of people waiting in the snow, wearing snow gear and toting sleds, to buy our ice cream. It was the perfect way to end a year where nothing was expected, but yet everything wound up beyond our expectations. Ever spend Wednesday daydreaming about weekend dessert? Here’s something to consider our Maple Toffee Graham in a @thekonery Salted Blue Corn Cone. It was one of the most popular flavor combos last week, so we gave it a whirl ourselves and woah...you’re all on to something The combo is sweet, buttery, and salty with a mild cornbread flavor and a bit of chewiness from that gorgeous cone. . . Our shop is open for walk-up orders this Saturday (10/24) from 12-8 and then we’ll be closed until November to get going on producing our holiday treats. So swing on over this Saturday to grab pints; scoops; sandwiches; and hot chocolate floats (more on those later...)

What a great Saturday! Got to see our regulars, met new people who visited for the first time based on recommendations from neighbors, and loved seeing those of you that we’ve missed throughout quarantine and have been fans since the beginning. We’re closed today, but plan to be open again next Saturday with more floats and full-on hot chocolate + whipped cream (plus our usual pints; sandwiches; and scoops.) Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

We’re rolling out a limited amount of our new Midnight Cocoa Hot Chocolate Floats today! This one is a divine combo of our own blended bittersweet Midnight Hot Chocolate poured over two scoops of our Sweet Cream Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and finished with Dark Chocolate Wafer Cookie Crumbs. Made to enjoy immediately, we’ll be serving these up until 8pm tonight or sell out.

Sold out of this one last weekend, but we’ve got more today! Brown Sugar Apple Cake is our new October seasonal and uses the same buttered brown sugar 16% butterfat base (that we make for our most wonderful peach ice cream, if that’s a favorite of yours too) and then it’s combined with oven roasted caramelized apples and chunks of our own apple pound cake. We’ve got it in pints and scoops this weekend! . .
