I had to delay our opening due to a house fire. When it rains, it pours, right? As of today, the office is open by APPOINTMENT. Please call ahead even if it's a last minute thing. I promise if I can squeeze you in, I will and if I say no it's because I absolutely can not. I will try to accommodate as best I can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

On JUNE 4, I will open for regular business hours by appointment. Following are the procedural changes that will be in place: - Appointment is required to allow me to properly control the number of people in the office at one time and allow for sanitizing in between transactions ... - Only buyer and seller signatories will be allowed in the office for the transaction. - Masks are required. - If you are sick, please reschedule. At this time we remain closed as we are unable to process titles until the main Penndot processing center in Harrisburg opens.
