LolliHop brings together three of our favorites. Dry-hopping with Citra and Mosaic layers in notes of orange, grapefruit and melon, while Azacca in the kettle adds hints of papaya and pineapple. Locally harvested rustic pale malt provides the backbone, and wheat and oats make this beer silky smooth with a touch of haze. We taste: pear, citrus, hint of melon

Makes your taste buds squeal with delight.

Tomorrow (Wednesday) @kraftworkbar The List: DCBC3 (Blended Barrel Aged Strong Ale) 13% This majestic flavor-beast is the culmination of 3 years of bourbon barrel aging and meticulous blending. This year weighs in at 13% and sports a cuvée of BA Urban Decay (imperial stout), BA 1871 (barleywine), DCBC2 (last year’s anniversary blend which incorporates DCBC1) and FRESH Urban Decay (unreleased 2019 imperial stout). The flavors and aromas are heavy of cocoa, vanilla, bou...rbon, oak, cherries, plums, subtle caramel and coffee. It is wild and comes to life as it warms up. Second & Main (Sour IPA) 7.2% Brewed in the New England Style with minimal hot side hopping and little to no bitterness. Lovingly soured in the kettle with our very talented, house lactobacillus cultures. Irresponsibly dry hopped with Citra, Azacca, El Dorado and Cascade because we’re only 3 and don’t know any better. KGOV (SMOKED PORTER) Our robust, smoked porter brewed with loads of dark malts, oak smoked wheat and lactose for a smokey but sweet chocolate/roasty treat. 6.6%
