Small Business Sunday - Running to me is a community event. Tomorrow (Sunday) I will run 50 miles on a treadmill just outside the All Kinds Of Fast running s...tore in Phoenixville to help support some of the local businesses in Phoenixville. Fun starts at 8am and should wrap up around 4pm (give or take). Come grab some breakfast across the street at SteelCity OpenMic Or grab a bigger meal at Bistro on Bridge. And if you are in need of some running gear or energy supplies, stop in at All Kinds of Fast - Phoenixville. Oh, and yeah, stop by and come cheer me on as I try to run under 10min per mile for 50 miles.
