Another design update in our own home! I decided that our powder room needed an facelift so I put together a style board and away I went, ordering the finishes needed to complete a fresh, new look! I love saturated colors in small spaces with a fun wallpaper for an accent. I added a new faucet and painted the hardware to give the vanity an updated look. Of course, new lighting and a mirror brightened this small space. I’m so excited at how this turned out! Special shout out to Michelle Scheidler for her amazing skills at hanging wall paper and using a ginormous wrench to switch out the plumbing. Love you girl! Michelle Scheidler Ashly Bills

So, I realize life happens (pandemic, new marriage, new baby, to say the least) and when I started the progress of our renovation, I never posted the finished product. Our master bathroom has now been complete for a year and I wanted to show the finishing touches. My personal design always includes a bold color with an eclectic mix of styles. As much as I love neutral color schemes, it just never fits my lifestyle and family dynamic. We have loved our bathroom and has been one of our favorite places in our home. I would love to design your bathroom too as your life happens! Ashly Bills

I am so excited about this kitchen renovation! We completed an overhaul that included a new layout, ceiling, floor, and lighting package along with a beautiful new tile backsplash, creamy white cabinets, quartz countertops, and a customized kitchen island perfect for the homeowner’s food prep needs. Briggson Building Company is the talented construction team that meticulously installed every detail. I feel so fortunate to work with this great team and this wonderful homeowner. Stay tuned as I continue to assist in the design of their new family room and dining room!

The start of a gallery wall-it’s so important to not only highlight your favorite family photos, but also make selections that reflect your family’s style. I added to my own collection: our monogram, collected antique frames, mirrors, and one of my original paintings. I think the key elements for an appealing wall is to keep frame finishes and color tones similar, use matching frames spread throughout the placement, and a balance of different shapes. Let me know how I can help you design your own family gallery wall, I’m always here to help!

Varying shades of blue with white bedding and the finishing touch of a rustic barn door to separate the walk-in closet. I love how this turned out!

Anyone who knows me knows my aesthetic as a designer is very eclectic. I love mixing antiques and modern elements together with lots of color and texture. I’m so happy I paired this antique desk with a sleek round velvet ottoman and modern artwork. Function and style are key to a smart design.

Refinished an adorable antique nightstand for my daughter, Isabella’s room. It went from white to black and the pulls got a beautiful makeover to rose gold. It’s a perfect addition to her new room! More pics to come!!!

So, I just recently moved and, for the first time in my life, going through my own renovation to blend our families! We are adding a new master suite and 2 new bedrooms for my kiddos. I’m going to start posting pictures of my own design journey. I’m almost at the end of the road but the challenges have been present for sure! I’ll start by posting a pic of the previous dining room being closed off to become our new master bathroom! The first photo shows our new vanity wall before and the progress. We still have to install the vanity mirror and the floors. Check back to see more updates!
