We rejoice that, because Christ suffered, sin and death have been defeated. We rejoice in expectation of the great wedding feast. Forgive us for our tendency to complain and not rejoice. Deliver us from the temptation to becomes cynical and despondent. Help us discern between eternal joy and temporal pleasures. May our joy draw others to You. Christmas dinner is cancelled, but we are still having in person services with masks, social distancing and hand sanitation required in the sanctuary at 10:30 am. Day two: the meeting of the minds!

Tomorrow will be our first Sunday morning worship in the fellowship hall of the church in Atlasburg. We will be starting at 10:30 am. Hope to see you there!

Another busy day at the church. We are slowly getting there. We hope to have our next Sunday service in the fellowship hall. Watch for the announcement. All active members of the merged church may come and vote on the new name immediately following our morning service today.

Two weeks from today, we (the active members of the merged churches of Atlasburg and Abundant Love) will be voting on our new merged name. Please be in prayer for God’s guidance and that we might honor Him in the chosen name and our joined community.

Thank you for another successful work day! We have 4 new glass block windows ,more wiring, painting and cleaning done. It’s nice seeing some things getting accomplished. Thank you to Ken McFeaters for coming all the way from Sharpsville and putting in 20+ hours installing the windows. It’s looking great. Again, thank you to Doug, Bill, Floyd, Micah, Sonny, Joy and my husband, Kevin. You all are blessings to me and God’s Kingdom.

Another night of working at the church. Painting the fellowship hall, and even though I didn’t get any pictures of it, wiring and framing being done in the sanctuary. Thank you: Bill, Floyd, Kevin, Joy, Debbie, Karen, Brianna, and Caleb for all your hard work.

Atlasburg is officially merged with Abundant Love Church of the Nazarene. We are currently cleaning and remodeling, and we will let you know when we will be reopening. Please pray for protection, provision and vision as we start this journey.

This is the first Sunday with our new interim Pastor, Kevin York. Did a good job. We're trusting God to move through his ministry.
