Beta Bread Bakery

Don't know if we ever announced it to the world but we have been making sour dough bread the last year or so. Has been popular enough where we bake it every day. Make it as a boule(round) proofed in the banneton basket for an extra crispy crust. Also here are some nice baguettes to look at as well. Thanks for your continued suppprt.

Will be closed Thursday the 18th due to potential inclement weather. Might not be that bad but when the snow flies we tend to not get many customers. We also have to make the call the day before what we're making for the following day. Here till 330 on Weds.

Hope everyone was safe with the snow! For our soup today we have an Italian wedding, we will be open till 3:30 today.

Come on in today for a bowl of our chili and bread that's just simply Bèta!

For New Years this year we will be closed New years day. We will be open for business again Saturday January 2nd. We made slightly more bread for folks today but its advisable to call and check for availability if you need anything. For our weekend delivery customers that order over the phone we will be here all day today(thursday) and on Friday from 12to2 prepping for Saturday's bake. Happy New Year.
