I am proud to have earned a Highly Recommended rating from the Lehigh County Bar Association. The rating process is not an easy one, and only those candidates with the most legal experience and readiness to be a judge received the rating this year. #experiencematters #qualificationsmatter On May 18, vote for experience and qualifications. ... #Vote #CapehartForJudge #LehighCountyCourtOfCommonPleas www.CapehartForJudge.com See more

Last week was a busy week. It started with a ribbon cutting for the Emmaus Main Street Partners at the new Lemon Grass Cafe on Chestnut Street; it continued with a meeting of the Interfaith in Action Committee of the Lehigh Conference of Churches to address racism and religious intolerance, a meeting of the Board of the Conference of Churches to discuss how to better provide food and shelter for the less fortunate in our community, a Lehigh County Family Law Practice Seminar ...for some continuing education in an important area of practice, another Emmaus Main Street Partners event, their monthly Small Business Roundtable, and finally, a career day event at Emmaus High School, where I had a chance to meet with some high school students to discuss careers in the law. I also recorded a video for Southern Lehigh Middle School’s Career Day. This week will be a busy one, too. It starts with an Emmaus Lions Club Board meeting, an East Penn Chamber of Commerce Board meeting, a Chestnut Retreat Center Women of Influence webinar, a Sports Law Seminar by Villanova Law School, a Penn State Lehigh Valley Launch Box event on mental health during a pandemic, a Justice and Advocacy Committee meeting of the Lehigh Conference of Churches, and daily door-knocking to meet voters in Lower Macungie, Whitehall, Cementon, and Coplay. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to meet and talk with me already. If you would like a Capehart for Judge sign for your yard or business, then please let us know by messaging us here. People are starting to talk about my campaign. We continue to be impressed by his deep commitment to service through values of honesty, integrity, and solemn service to doing what is right. He is an ideal candidate to serve as a judge because of our first hand knowledge of his willingness to follow the law. - former Northwestern Lehigh and Allentown Central Catholic High School Principal and Lower Macungie Township resident Dennis Nemes and wife Barbara. Please message me... if you would like to share a quote, volunteer, donate, or put a sign in your yard (or on your dog) to show your support for my campaign. We welcome your support - whether you are a registered Republican, Democrat, Independent, or something else. As an attorney who is running for judge, I am asking fellow attorneys to support me. And I am asking non-attorneys to do so as well. Contributions can be made easily online on my campaign website by clicking on the link on this page. And whether you can or do contribute to my campaign or not, on May 18, please vote with your head and your heart. #Vote #CapehartForJudge #LehighCountyCourtOfCommonPleas

It was my honor to participate in the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of The Lemon Grass Cafe in the East Penn Plaza on Chestnut Street in Emmaus today. As legal counsel for the Emmaus Main Street Partners program of the @lehighvalleychamber, it is always my pleasure to be able to support another new local business. There were a few proclamations and live music from singer-songwriter @kendalconrad outside and free samples of some of the delicious vegan and non-vegan menu options inside. It was another great day for Lehigh County.
