Business Expansion at Raytheon Aerospace & Industrial Equipment The CDI AIE team in Phoenix has supported Raytheon's Missile System Division in Tucson, AZ for years and began targeting other Raytheon divisions to expand the account. After persistently engaging contacts in Raytheon's Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) Division in El Segundo, CA, we secured an opportunity to quote and then a purchase order for a redesign of a key circuit board that supports positioning of air...plane-mounted radar antenna. This first opportunity with SAS not only expands our business to new divisions of Raytheon, but it lays the foundation for new electronic design and development projects and establishes CDI AIE's first employee in Colorado to support future business development. Raytheon's satisfaction with CDI's performance opens the door to even more opportunities encompassing CDI's full breadth of services. For example, the AIE team recently quoted development of a duplicate testing system for Raytheon's Global Hawk Radar System, which the team expects will be a project collaboration with CDI Government Services’ M&T group.
