Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate with lots of marshmallows and I may do fresh squeezed orange juice. I will always have water, gatorade, soda and weather pending fresh mint tea and or fresh lemonade. TRIKE KIT- Scrambled eggs, cheese, hash browns, bacon, sausage, english muffin and a coffee. MAG WHEEL- Belgian waffle with real butter and maple syrup. ( I serve this in 4 squares and put the syrup in the middle so you can walk and dip if desired ) SHOVELHEAD- Kick start your day with bacon ( or sausage ) egg and cheese on an english muffin. SCREAMIN EAGLE - Breakfast burrito with egg, three blend mexican cheese, bacon ( or sausage ) salsa and sour cream. LUNCH : NIGHT TRAIN - Italian sausage, topped with fried onions, peppers, and marinara sauce served in a soft italian sub roll. STEEL TOE TOUR - Cheese steak sandwich , fried onions, american cheese & marinara, served on a soft Italian sub roll. FLATHEAD - 6 oz. fresh patty burger with american cheese. EVO - 6 oz. fresh burger with swiss cheese & hardwood smoked bacon. FATBOY DELUXE - Two 6 oz. fresh burgers, american cheese & hardwood smoked bacon served on a kaiser bun. TWIN CAM - 6oz. burger, hardwood smoked bacon, smoked cheddar cheese topped with Lennys homemade sweet & sassy BBQ sauce, served on a kaiser bun. KNUCKLEHEAD - Huge walking taco served in a 3 lb. food tray- topped with tortilla chips, fresh taco meat, 3 blend Mexican cheese, lettuce, salsa and sour cream. SPORTSTER - 1/4 lb Jumbo hot dog.
