This year at ERA Richmond Real Estate Service, we have decided to put up a Giving Tree outside of our Conneaut Lake location at 190 Water Street. This tree is ...to help provide winter items to those who have come across hard times this year. With the help of the agents and staff here at ERA Richmond Real Estate Service , the tree is up and filled for the first time. We ask that you take what you need to help get you and your family through the winter. There are items for all ages and genders. Mittens, gloves, fleece bottoms, masks, hats, socks, hoodies, blankets, and other warm items can be found on the tree. If you would like to help fill the tree, you may hang items yourself or leave them at the office and we will hang them as the tree empties. Happy Holidays to all!

Please do not blow your leaves into the Lake. It creates extra muck and adds to the nutrient loading that facilitates weed growth.
