With remote learning continuing for the foreseeable future, it is imperative that households with school-age children have reliable Internet access. Because of this, CLP is piloting a free hotspot lending program. Parents, guardians and caregivers living in Allegheny County with at least one student in their household are eligible to borrow a hotspot through the end of the 2020-2021 school year without a library card. This includes college students and people enrolled in care...er training programs.
