Today is the final day to view "The Heart's Bright and Dark Light", Paintings and Sketches by Jil Evans is on view in Cummings Gallery on Saturday, February 8th, from 12-3pm.

#throwbackThursday to 2015. Jil Evans discusses her painting in this documentary by artist and filmmaker Kristen Lowe, Painting the Place Between. Her film takes viewers behind the scenes of the artistic process, following four Minnesota artists Betsy Byers, Jil Evans, Holly Swift and Andrew Wykes as they aim to render on canvas the distinctive regional landscapes in and around Cannon River, Northfield, the Temperance River and the Boundary Waters.
