Hamburger Sale: $3.25/lb for ground beef ($3/lb orders of 25 lbs). Patties - $3.50/lb (minus $0.25/lb on orders over 25 lbs). Taking orders for halves or quarters. To the butcher shop on April 23rd and to be delivered on May 5th. $3.25/lb hanging weight. Call 717 5 two 7 2786 to reserve yours today. (Note: quarters are not front or hinds, but half of a half.)

Butchering Time: This year we'll have only one steer for butchering. Delivery will be July 8th. This year's prices are the same as last year at $3.25 per hanging lb. for a Half OR 1/2 of a Half (basically a quarter). This includes all butchering, killing, shipping and delivery charges. As usual, if you are interested in a 1/4, it is half from the front quarter and half from the hind quarter. If you are interested in reserving a 1/4, 1/2 or whole, email or call me at 717.527.2786.
