William got his first adjustment right after birth and has been getting regular wellness checks ever since. At 2 years & 7 months, he climbed up on the table and laid just like his momma. My heart still shatters in a million pieces when your busy littles settle their sweet bodies into the table and soak in the adjustment. ps. Check out those corduroys.

A very Merry Christmas indeed! Welcoming a beautiful little blessing this week

My little body is growing. I’m walking, jumping, climbing and falling. I’m healthy and happy and ohhh so cute. My mom is amazing and helps me to listen to my body and grow nice and strong. She also has the best Santa voice when she reads me Christmas stories. Life is good chilling here in the waiting room.

Goodness, we’re blessed. We’ve got all the sweet babies in our arms, doing what we love. Gentle chiropractic care can encourage healthy sleeping, eating and digestive patterns. I couldn’t resist sharing this side by side of me {Dr. Heidi before mask days} and Dr. Dani. We look so similar and it honestly just warms my heart to know she’s working alongside of me, with her lovely spirit, wisdom and skill.
