EBENSBURG PAVING PROJECT UPDATE The street paving project in town has stalled for two days. On Wednesday the tack truck broke down. Tack is the spray that is applied to the street prior to paving and helps the blacktop adhere. We cannot pave without the tack coat, so the entire day was lost. On Thursday New Enterprise’s blacktop plant went down. They are unable to make blacktop, so Thursday was lost as well. New Enterprise expects to be back to paving our streets on Friday, and they will work on Saturday too. Sample Street and Crawford Street are up next, so please obey the No Parking signs through the weekend.
