A peak into my favorite exercise of today’s leg workout!
Deck of Cards is one of my favorite workouts because it is so versatile and random. You can go by suits () or numbers (1234), and use any group of exercises. Grab a deck of cards and get moving!!!
Happy November! We wrapped up our Halloween celebrations tonight with a final trunk or treat with our school family. Both of us enjoyed some candy over the weekend without any guilt. We know what we do most days of the week affects our lives more than the occasional treat and splurge. We have purposely made our lifestyle maintainable so that we aren’t looking for quick fixes or end dates of diets. We are coming up on two years of FASTer Way and zero plans to abandon it. ... It’s never to early to learn proper form!! Our kids spend a lot of time watching us workout. As coaches & trainers, we are sticklers about form. And though our kids aren’t at the age of formal training, we use opportunities to help them get the feel for correct form. Prior to FASTer Way, we were cautious of recommending digital workouts. Form is so important to prevent injuries! When we found the FASTer Way to Fat Loss we were impressed with the cues the head trainers give... to help clients perform the exercises correctly. We still video tape ourselves to monitor form with lifting because we know we aren’t perfect. There is always room for improvement. Do your little ones watch you lift? Jeffrey Fleck Stephanie Fleck
