Service update! This week, put out your trash on your normal collection day. Those with Monday and Tuesday collection days, please do not put out your recycli...ng; hold it until next week. Our Streets Department crews are working hard to get caught up and continue to serve residents. If you see them, give them a wave a thank them for their dedication!

Otis Givens, our Master Teacher of Old School Dance technique, passed away on April 1, 2020. He was born on September 13, 1937 and was 82 years old. He was dedi...cated to his craft and taught at Hawthorne Center for many years. He's seen with Ms. Debbie Battle, his long time dance partner. He will be truly missed! See more

Here’s the City of Philadelphia Government update on increased food distribution through Philabundance. It provides updated locations for all school lunch pick ups and new residents food distribution boxes.

While Ridgway is closed, please visit some of the green space parks that are still available.

COVID-19 Update Per Parks and Rec: Ridgway Park will be closed until further notice. If your family needs to get outside, please use any of the open space parks in the area including Hawthorne Park and the Hawthorne Cultural Center.
