Walk-in projects include soil, plants, and embellishments. Walk-ins are taken all day during store hours, up to one hour before close. Our staff will set you up at a workstation and guide you on how to construct your project and care for your plants. Houseplants and containers are also available to purchase, and our planting bar is complimentary with the purchase of a plant and container.... Who's up for some Pilea Peperomoides? The Chinese money plant is also known as the missionary plant, lefse plant, pancake plant, UFO plant, or just pilea (short for its scientific name) Light-wise, the best situation for a Chinese money plant is bright light, with no direct sunlight. Direct sun scorches leaves, and light shade may encourage larger leaves. The Chinese money plant prefers a well-draining potting soil, and a pot with drainage holes is necessary. The soil needs t...o mostly dry out between waterings, with more watering required in warmer, sunnier weather. If the leaves start to look slightly droopy, that’s a sign that the plant needs water. To keep your Chinese money plant nicely shaped, rotate it at least once a week to prevent it from getting lopsided. The large leaves tend to accumulate dust, so these plants benefit from regular showers, or at least wiping down of their leaves. Treat monthly with an all-purpose plant fertilizer during the spring and summer growing seasons. You may also want to put your plant outdoors as temperatures warm, but, again, take care to keep it out of direct sunlight. See more

Snake Plant Hahnii Gold (Bird's Nest) This evergreen perennial native to tropical West Africa and Nigeria, is a great addition to any office or household as a natural air purifier. Snake plants have strong and sturdy, sword shaped leaves which are drought tolerant and retains the plants water. This plant can be easily propagated by leaf cuttings so you can multiply your family of snake plants or give them away as a gift. This particular variety has a green outline and green streaks on a predominately yellow leave, giving this plant a reversed look.

Crispy Wave Fern One of the greatest attributes of the plant is its noted ability to purify the air. When grown in indoor planters, it not only removes harmful substances from the air of a house, but also pumps extra oxygen into it. :)

The foliage, and especially the baby spider plants, are a swirl of curly leaves and variegated color. A real beauty that adds a relaxed feeling and decorator touch indoors or outside, on a porch, patio or deck. This fella is easy to grow indoors or outdoors in pots or beds. Looks great grown in containers and hanging baskets. Wonderful for combination plantings. We will be here today 11am-5pm and Friday/Saturday 11am-6pm.
