Look for daily specials and announcements. Today it's sunday so we begin with Sugo Della Domenica. Riccardo Longo's family is from the Cilento where the original Mediterranian diet was studied and his family sunday sauce begins with Cilento DOP olive oil infused with garlic, datterini tomatoes from the Cilento, slow cooked with veal braciole, lamb, wild boar meatballs & sausage.
