Dr. Sean Young, author of Stick With It, identifies three types of behaviors automatic, burning, and common. He says that Our behalvior resets our mind and gets our mind to change. When we become aware of what kind of behaviors we have and know the strategies to deal with each one, we can set ourselves up for success. Awareness was always the key for me in building better habits and breaking old habits that I didn’t need anymore. These new behaviors helped to change my mind which ultimately changed my life for the better.
