We are open here at Frosty Valley Golf Links! The scheduling system is back on-line and available to make appointments. Some appointments may need to be adjusted so please be patient with us as we work to keep everyone safe. Some services have been removed for now. What we are doing besides regular cleaning of high contact surfaces: We are using 2 of the larger rooms with windows that can be opened and running fans between massages. We have at least 1 air purifier running... during the massage. And everyone is required to wear a mask, face up. When face down, a king-sized pillow case is being draped through the face rest to offer plenty of air space but allows you to remove your mask. We are wearing N95 type masks, in an attempt to protect both client and therapist. We are also taking temperatures prior to massage and asking the now customary questions everyone is getting used to: Any flu like symptoms, sore throat, shortness of breath, chills, unexplained muscle aches, new loss of taste or smell, or any new lesions/rashes? Any contact with anyone diagnosed or with coronavirus type symptoms? Have you traveled in the last 14 days, if so, where? This is not the flu and massage is not essential nor is it without a certain amount of risk, as much as we are trying. Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update In order to provide for everyone’s safety, we have been closed to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Even though most restrictions are being removed June 5th for Allegheny County, we want to take every precaution moving forward to keep you safe. Our anticipated reopen date is mid July. We have ordered supplies and items to help us move forward. Several of the items are on back order until the end of June/beginning of July. We also feel it ...is very important to get tested. Testing is still not widely available, but hope it will become so in the weeks ahead. Lastly, we really miss you and cannot wait to be of service but we also realized massage is not life sustaining and this virus is not the flu. Please be patient as we find our way and our "new normal".
