I spent the early part of Mother's Day doing two things I am passionate about, running and supporting individuals with special needs. Sunday was the Rubin Run and what a fantastic event they put on, I'd suggest looking into one of their races next year or at least making a donation. It was a bit wet, I was covered in mud, slipped and fell crossing a foot bridge and I may have gotten lost to the tune of an extra 1.8 miles. All worth if for the special needs community!
