So we finally got an OK for your Christmas Party at Yoders for Dec. 5th 2020.. We need to know how many people are interesting in coming to the party ASAP.. Hello, just a reminder that at tomorrow 9/1/2020 meeting we will be having our small club hunt.. Please be there on time so,we can,start at 7pm and be done before dark.. Even if you aren't hunting come bring your finds of the month and enjoy our company..

August meeting is tomorrow night.. Always the second Tues in July and August..

So please bring in all your finds of the month.. We will be keeping a record of points, and still awarding prizes at the meetings.. We Will however be keeping the tickets you get at each meeting you show and at the end of the year HOPEFULLY at our Christmas Party, all the tickets will be put in a hat and three names will be pulled out for prizes.. Also the person with the most points will recieve a solver dollar! Everyone who shows will get a certificate! Our August meeting will be the second Tues of the month on the 11th.. At our September meeting we will again be having our small club hunt.. $20 entrance fees.. Since silver is going up daily the sooner you can get your money in the more silver will be at the hunt.. Anyone who still hasn't paid their membership dues olease do that asap.. Thanks!

The park is now open,so we will be having July 14th meeting.. Don't bring your finds of the month yet. At this meeting we have to decide what to do about that since half of the year is over and most of the parks were closed. Also the Open Hunt has been set for 4/10/2021 and the club hunt is 4/11/2021.. Please make this meeting if you can we have alot to discuss also there is enough room for social distancing.. Hope to see a big crowd there! Cathy

Goodmorning... Just a reminder that tonights meeting is our auction, so much fun! Also please remember our spring hunts are April 18th and 19th there are alot of great stuff for raffles, included the jar we started lasr year, some Kellyco items at the open hunt which is Sat so even if you aren't hunting you can come and try to win some of these great prizes.. Tomorrow night our 2nd Tues of the month meetings are back!! If you need to pay your membership $20 please remember to do so. Reminder March meeting is our auction so please start stocking up on things to bring.. Also all our board sets are up for grabs if anyone wants them, tomorrow night is the last chance for 2 years.. Also we could use volunteers to bring the snacks, remember it doesn't cost you anything thr club will reimburse you! Remember April starts "finds of the month" so start digging again on these nice days.. Our Open amd Club Hunt are in April 18 and 19th we can also use some help that weekend .. So I hope to see a big turnout tomorrow!!
