It’s the off season so this means new skills, perfecting the old skills and taking it all to the next level in both skills, drills and conditioning! @callie...jane_stronglittlegymnast - improving on those round off back handsprings on the floor, introduced dismounts on the beam ... AND COACH BAILEY CALLIE DID A STANDING TUCK ON THE TRAMPOLINE (seriously! I looked away for 2 seconds and greatness always happens when you’re not paying attention ) and that she did - at only 4 years old! @jadyntruax - our Gymnast of the Month for March and look how far she has come along in her round off back handspring - any day now she could be tumbling across this floor on her own! @hunniebaby025 (Shadow) - came to us with a lot of potential and with a little attention and some drills, and spotting, she now can do a very nice round off back handspring and multiples! @savage_bailey_23 - round off layouts?! Back walkover on beam?! And twisting drills with @laci9571 ?! Bittersweet memories as this is Marvelous Masquerade weekend, what’s usually our last meet of the season before states ...( and here I am 10 days from my due date this year!) this was always a fun, whirlwind of a meet so I never was able to take a lot of photos or videos but I love seeing the smiling faces, medals and trophies from the ones I do have! The hugs, the friendship, the sisterhood...it was wonderful...miss you girls

Jadyn ... Jay...Jj...my Starbucks buddy HAPPY 12th BIRTHDAY! It’s hard to believe that just one year ago you were at the top of your gymnastics career getting a 9.5 on beam, winning first on floor...I mean those tucks on floor and handstands on beam were We love you and sure do miss seeing you compete sweet girl, I still remember the very first 9.0 you ever scored (Heather screaming and cheering at the Rubber Ducky Meet ) We hope you have an awesome birthday weekend!!

PreTeam (ages 2-4) and Team (ages 5-13/Levels 2-3) continue to amaze!! These girls are on fire Callie, Calla, Lu (Lorelei) and Adalyn have really improved th...rough their PLs : jumps, handstands, and wow you should see their cartwheels Bars is really coming along as they get introduced to new drills and skills and get comfortable on the bar. Team is done competing for the season, so new skills and drills it is! As you can see, back handsprings have really become a focus, and improving bar/ upper arm strength and abs. We love these girls and can't wait to see what they'll do next. March 2017 See more

Aerials Round off Back Handsprings Front handspring stepout, round off back handspring Too many gyms teach good is good enough approach and don’...t concentrate enough on technique, execution, the drills and strength necessary to achieve these base skills/passes to achieve higher level skills and tumble passes...and it shows. Just because you can do it, doesn’t mean you can progress from it or that it’s safe. We concentrate on breaking down the skills and continuously working on shaping shaping shaping!!!! Proud of my girls, how far they have come, and the goals they’ve set, even after a topsy-turvey spring season!
