NWS Mount Holly has issued a Winter Storm Warning effective from 1000hrs Wednesday to 1000hrs Thursday. Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 20-24 possible. Winds gusting as high as 35mph. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute on Wednesday and the morning commute on Thursday. The heavy snow could result in power outages.

According to the National Weather Service, there is a likelihood of a significant snowfall on Wednesday. Make sure you have your necessary supplies now. Limit travel during the storm. If you lose power and use a generator, make sure the generator is outside to prevent a buildup of Carbon Monoxide in your home.
