Congrats to Danny Connell who swam to best times in the 200 Free (1:54.42) and 500 Free (5:07.47) representing Freedom High School at PIAA District XI AAA Championships. He dropped 13 seconds in the 500 and 3 seconds in the 200! A great end to his freshman season!

Congrats to Andrew Ehret who dropped 40 seconds in the mile at Junior Olympics. His time of 17:50.77 is his first Senior Championships cut! He also bested his 1000 time (set Thursday night) by splitting 10:46.71 at the 1000 mark.

Congrats to Andrew Ehret who just dropped over 10 seconds in the thousand at Junior Olympics. His time of 10:55.35 is a new AA standard.

Congrats to Andrew Ehret. He qualified for JO’s in the 500 freestyle with a 5:16.32! Keep up the good work Andrew! This is the 4th event that he has qualified in for Junior Olympics.

Congrats to Andrew Ehret on smashing the 1650 Free Junior Olympic Qualifying Time with a 18:30.41. His 1000 split cleared the JO qualifying time too!

Wow!!!! Drexel University and LVA's Alexa Kutch broke the Middle Atlantic Long Course Senior Championship Meet Record in the 100 Backstroke not once, but TWICE in one day!!!!! Final time was a 1:01.63!!! Congratulations Alexa! Proof that hard work certainly pays off! This woman is the definition of a Champion.

Looking for amazing Swim Instruction? Look no more. My daughter Lia started swimming with Lehigh Valley Aquatics a couple years ago. At 11years old, outside of a single summer session of swimming at Bethlehem Township Community Center, had no prior swimming instruction. What coach Mike, Bryce, and Joanne have done for her and for her swimming ability is amazing...and cannot really be put into words. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. Congratulations to our LVA swimmers competing at the Long Course Classic at Bucknell University! We are excited to announce that Alexa Kutch who is returning to LVA from her freshman year at Drexel University, has qualified for the US National Championships in the 100 Meter Backstroke with a time of 1:03.36. And placed first overall in the 50 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke so far in the meet. Additionally, Andrew Ehret and Danny Connell qualified for the long course Middle Atlantic Junior Olympic Championships. Andrew qualified in the 800 Freestyle and Danny has qualified in the 1500 and 800 Freestyle. #LVAPRIDE
