Life is Good Chiropractic 26.12.2020

AS PROMISED: We will be starting our Superman (& Wonder Woman!) Challenge in the Life is Good with Dr. Bryn group for a healthy and strong start into 2021! Start Date: Sunday, Jan. 17th Duration: 8 days Who: anyone that spends a lot of time sitting, slouching, driving, doing computer work or gaming; anyone that has a weak lower back; anyone working on a stronger core... Goal: to learn multiple ways of training and strengthening those oh-so-very-important LOW BACK muscles! And some gluts, hamstrings, abs and trapezius muscles, too Format: I will be recording a short video each morning - the challenge is to see how much you can do, how many variations you can master and how many repetitions you feel strong enough to do EVERYONE WILL WORK AT THEIR LEVEL! Listen to your body! (This will be a bit easier than the plank challenge, promise!) I will tag everyone that I know wants to participate in the first post on Jan 17th. Comment here or sign up at the office to help me keep track! If you want to participate, make sure you have joined the Life is Good with Dr. Bryn group. Any questions? See more

Do you want less PAIN, less HEADACHES, less JOINT STIFFNESS and more ENERGY, better DIGESTION, better SLEEP, better SKIN, and so much more? Drink more water! H2O for the win! All year round! (Winter is often the time we are most dehydrated.) Formula to follow: 1. Find out how much you weigh 2. Divide that number by half... 3. Half your body weight = how many ounces of water you need on a daily basis. https://youtu.be/I7B_MlSNLEo See more
