Hope everyone is staying safe and sane during this crazy time! It's been great to see the increased interest in local food! Several people have reached out to us to see if we have any beef available. We will have a limited amount of ground beef available next month. If you are interested, please pm me. We will have at least 3 steers ready at late summer/early fall. Some quarters have already been spoken for, so if you are interested, please pm me. If there is a lot of intere...st, we would have more, but we would like to know sooner rather than later so we can finish them properly. Also, we will have at least one hog ready in September. Again, if you are interested in a half or whole, let me know soon! We would also like to propose paying for your meat over a period of time for those interested. To reserve a quarter, half, or whole, you would simply provide a down payment we agreed on and then make monthly or semi-monthly payments, with the full amount due at delivery. Please PM me for more details or if you'd like to reserve your locally raised meat today!
We are picking up our latest beef from the butcher today and we will have an extra quarter available. If you're interested but don't want the entire quarter or only specific cuts, let me know and we will work with you to get you what you want.
