New group starting! DBT Skills Group for Teens! This 8 week DBT Skills Group is for Adolescents ages 14-18 who struggle with emotional instability, or difficulty managing intense emotions, that can lead to impulsive, or self-destructive behaviors. DBT Skills Group will focus on building Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Distress Tolerance Skills to help teens better understand and manage emotions....
