Donna Marie cared for her parents in their later years. Later on, she looked after her husband’s parents, too. It is a blessing to be able to take care of your loved ones, and I am grateful to the Galman Group for always working with me to make it possible," Donna Marie says. "At the same time, it also takes patience. When my friends experience this I tell them: you have to take time for yourself. You need time to clear your mind, because it can be a lot to carry," she said. The Galman Group is excited to announce that Brian Paule has been named President! An experienced leader in property management specializing in multifamily apartment properties, he succeeds Samuel M. Goldstein, who will serve on its board of directors. As President, Paule will lead day-to-day operations at The Galman Group and build upon the successes the firm has achieved over four decades.... Under the stewardship of Founder and Board Chair Arnie Galman, Board Vice Chair Jerry Slipakoff and Goldstein, The Galman Group has grown beyond $1.5 billion in property value and has made major investments in updating and enhancing existing properties throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania. After 25 years at The Galman Group, I am excited and honored to be selected as President of this great company, Paule said. I will build upon the solid foundation set by Arnie, Jerry and Sam to further strengthen our position as a leader in the multifamily market in Greater Philadelphia and beyond. Paule has spent his career with The Galman Group, starting as a Leasing Agent in 1996 after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University). He was previously Chief Operating Officer. He is a director on the board of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA) and holds the Certified Apartment Manager accreditation from the National Apartment Association. He is also active in Operation Homefront, an organization that works to build strong, stable and secure military families. Goldstein, who served as the company’s president and Chief Executive Officer since May 2020, was previously Chief Financial Officer for 32 years, providing his dedication, astute understanding of real estate and deft economic analysis skills to the success of The Galman Group. He will remain active within the company on the board of directors with Galman and Slipakoff and provide guidance to continue the firm’s growth.

Thirty-four years later, she is one of the most beloved members of the Galman Group team! (She even has a building named after her in her childhood neighborhood -- Donna Court Apartments in Roxborough.)... Donna Marie was hired as a receptionist after graduating from Roxborough High School and just kept moving up from there. He has three step-kids and seven grandkids! Michael grew up near Lewes Beach, Delaware (he and his family live in Maryland now).... Michael loves spending time with family, hunting and fishing. As Maintenance Supervisor at Buckingham Place in Newark, Delaware, Michael leads a team of three people who keep 276 apartments working and comfortable for residents. Michael has a word of advice for residents who may not have a background in building maintenance. When the season starts to change, turn on the AC or the heat BEFORE you need it. That way you’ll know if there are any issues before it gets uncomfortable. And please, if you see water where it shouldn’t be, let us know right away," Michael says."

"As Property Manager of the Mt. Airy communities, our #EmployeeSpotlight Claudia Frazier oversees five buildings and around 300 units. When she's not at work, you can find her with her family, which includes her daughter and grandchildren, who she calls her "heart." Speaking of heart, faith is a cornerstone of Claudia's life.... That is how I stay grounded, stay focused. I always ask in my prayers to the Lord to give me a heart like His, and eyes to see people the way He sees them," Claudia says. "He has answered my prayers, and I look at everyone differently. Every morning I get up, I have new blessings -- new graces," she says. "I am a happy person, living life the way God wants me to live, and I get a lot of peace from that.
