Join Mara for another relaxing restorative yoga practice combined with the healing energy of reiki. Melt and surrender into the energetic healing within you! Dear Yogis, we are asked again to close for safety. All weekend classes have been cancelled at studio. We are trying to navigate & understand these new restrictions. We are not a gym, everyone uses their personal mats & props, masks are worn & we were allowing only 12 yogis in the studio for practice. We will bring back our Mrida Seva Yoga at Home virtual classes (I understand your thoughts on virtual classes & honestly agree). Our weekly classes for next week will be cancell...ed, our annual Holiday classes - I have still not made a decision on. I’m hoping we will be able to hold them, safely masked & distanced - we joked about creating Speak Easy yoga with a secret password! I want the studio to be open, I want us to practice together - but first & foremost I want us Healthy (and all those you love to be healthy), my heart hurts as we close again, but 2021 is just around the corner, May it bring us positive healing energy, may we recognize & see the light at the end of the tunnel & May we hold space for our emotions, our fears & know we will be back together again. The studio will be closed this coming week, as we adjust, navigate & see where we are next week. This cOMmUNITY is full of love & support!
