Let’s talk about APPLES! Here is a handy chart to help you make a decision what apple you are going to try next. They say one of these a day keeps the doctor away...but we still recommend you see your physician regularly. #apples #washingtonapples #freshproduce #eatsmart #seeyourdoctor

When it comes to coordinating all the orders going out, unloading the trucks, or providing the best customer service in the market, there is no better leader than Jim Baldwin. His distinct booming voice can be heard all over the store, always ensuring that deliveries are perfect and the back dock is running smoothly. A company guy for over 20 years, Jim is the man you see when you first get in, and the last one when you are ready to leave. This is a great & easy drink recipe for the patriotic holiday, from the Recipegirl! Just remember to drink responsibly, don't drink & drive. Red, White & Blue Sangria! Yield: 8 to 10 servings Prep Time: 15 min... Ingredients: 2 bottles dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc is good) 1 cup triple sec 1/2 cup berry-flavored vodka 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 cup simple syrup (see tips below) 1 cup blueberries 1 1/2 cups hulled and sliced strawberries 1 cup raspberries 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks Directions: Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl or pitcher and stir well. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve well-chilled with a good scoop of fruit floating in each drink, or serve over ice. Tips: *To make 1/2 cup simple syrup, boil 1/2 cup water and add 1/2 cup granulated white sugar. Turn heat to simmer and stir until dissolved. Turn off the heat and let cool. Now it's simple syrup! *Use fresh fruit for this recipe. Frozen just won't be great. *To make star-shaped pineapple pieces, cut long & wide pieces of pineapple off the side of the fresh fruit. use a star cutter to cut shapes.

Strawberry Santa's are coming to town! Simple and adorable! Ingredients: 1 lb large strawberries 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 3-4 Tablespoons powdered sugar (or sugar substitute - to taste)... 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1. Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top, (enough for a hat). Clean out the whole strawberry with a paring knife, if necessary (some of them are hollow already. Prep all of the strawberries and set aside. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or Ziploc with the corner snipped off. Fill the strawberries with cheesecake mixture. 3. Once strawberries are filled, top with the 'hats.' Decorate according to photo. For the eyes you can use jimmies/sprinkles, Chia Seeds or a dab of black frosting. 4. If not serving immediately, refrigerate until serving. Thanks to A Mouth Full Of Deliciousness for this cute idea!
